Abstract
The right to request information by the deputies to be able to exercise the other functions entrusted to them is essential. In recent times, its guarantee has been reinforced by being able to appeal alleged breaches of this right before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, which also allows the content of this right to be outlined in more detail.
