El Parlamento como problema y como solución

Abstract

The book that has caused this critical commentary, published four years ago, has acquired new relevance in light of the crossroads where the Parliament is again. It’s so much so that the following notes were going to form a review, but the scope and the relevance of the issues raised —and which are stated in the index—, have forced to expand the originally thought format, because of the inadequacy of the review for that purpose. We have reached, thus, the size of a little essay that proposes a modest dialogue with the work’s author and with its readers, in which the careful monitoring of its chapters, as a result of its reading and in connection with it, is combined with the comments of our own.
