Una llamada de atención sobre las arbitrariedades del Proyecto de Reparcelación: entre la ficción y la realidad

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to take notice of the frequent abuses the Town Councils make in Spain when passing the Subdivision of the land in the Town Planning procedure which often have important mistakes due to the lacks of knowledge or the dark intention of the planning maker. Only a solid and strong jurisprudence can avoid this bad practices and get the real goal this instrument is for, that is the consecution of the equity between the owners involved in this procedure.
