Abstract

This recent collective work seeks to explore, through a multidisciplinary approach, a classic category of administrative law that, however, had been relegated to the realm of the implicit for decades, not only by de facto means but even ignored by law. This approach has been carried out with a broad perspective, encompassing many diverse aspects that revolve around diverse scientific and practical realities and complement the purely public law approach.
