El control parlamentario: las incertidumbres sobre el control de un Gobierno en funciones

Abstract

Since the elections of May 2015 we have experienced a period of uncertainty about the performance of the functions of the outgoing Government, during which they have refused to appear before the Chambers, especially in the Congress of Deputies, saying that they will not be subject to parliamentary scrutiny about political control. Control is the main function of the modern Parliament. This article analyzes the situation created and some reflections are given relative to the control function.
