El derecho a la vivienda en su relación con los derechos a la ciudad y al medio ambiente

Abstract

The right to decent and adequate housing is enshrined in the Spanish Constitution and in some other international and constitutional texts. This article studies its content, its relations with the right to an adequate environment and the right to the city, as well as recent progress in its legal development. The study concludes with a brief analysis of the situation in the Region of Madrid.
