Abstract

The chief aim of this paper is to highlight the importance that the normative quality has both from the legal and economic point of view and the enormous transaction costs that the normative hypertrophy has caused throughout the XX century and what goes of the XXI. Likewise, it is important to point out the initiatives both in the European and national level are taking place to redirect the situation and achieve a legal rationality that will comply with the principal of legal certainty and contribute to sustainable, efficient and lasting economic development.
